Lead IPS Employment Services Team – West London

Trigon Recruitment seeks an experienced Employment Specialist Team Leader to guide an IPS service across West London, delivering person-centred, outcomes-focused employment support.

You will supervise a team of Employment Specialists, embed fidelity to the IPS model and collaborate with employers, commissioners and health partners to drive sustainable paid employment for service users. Travel across Ealing, Barnet, Brent, Hounslow and Harrow is required.
