Residential Front Desk & Resident Services – Flexible Hours

The Manchester Metropolitan University invites applications for a Residential Customer Service Advisor within the Residential Services team. You will greet residents and visitors, handle packages, respond to emails, take calls, and assist at front desks across our Halls of Residence.

We expect a friendly, proactive service approach, with a willingness to work across shifts, including evenings and weekends during peak periods.
