Salmon Processing Operative – Training & Growth

Connect Appointments is recruiting Production Operatives to join an established seafood processing business based in Buckie. This is the skilled end of the production process, hands‑on work with whole fresh salmon, with real variety across the shift and a clear route to a higher rate as your skills develop.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 6am to 2:30pm. Paying £13.78 per hour, rising to £14.42 once trained to skilled operator level, with overtime available at 1.5x (£20.67 per hour) after 40 hours.
