Policy & Customer Service Specialist – Hybrid Role

Tesco Insurance in Longbenton, Newcastle, is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support Tesco customers with home and motor insurance needs. You will deliver excellent service across every interaction, handle policy changes and renewals, support vulnerable customers, and promote our digital self-service channels in a busy, friendly team.

Role is full-time (36 hours per week) with a salary of £25,200–£26,000 and an anticipated start date of 5 October 2026.
