Job Description:
Additional Resources is seeking a Property Manager / Property Coordinator to join their Edinburgh lettings team. This is a compliance‑focused role, ensuring all legal, regulatory and safety requirements are met across a residential portfolio while coordinating inspections, certifications and remedial works.
You will liaise with landlords and tenants, maintain records in internal systems and support regulatory updates, including HMOs where applicable.
