Hybrid Customer Care Specialist (Cardiff)

Future, the Cardiff-based media and technology group behind Go.Compare, is seeking a proactive customer services assistant. You will support customers as they complete online comparisons and clarify product information.

You will communicate via telephone, email, live chat and social media, use Word, Excel and Google Suite to track inquiries, and collaborate with the team to help customers access special offers. This is a hybrid role based in Cardiff.
