Pastoral Support Mentor: Student Wellbeing, South Manchester

Milk Education is seeking caring, resilient Pastoral Support Workers to work across schools in South Manchester from September.

You will provide one-to-one and small-group pastoral support to pupils, helping with emotional regulation, behaviour and engagement, and build positive relationships to enable learning. This role involves mentoring and targeted interventions to promote confidence and resilience.
