Care Home Garden & Grounds Specialist

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a full-time Gardener to maintain and present care home gardens across Sunderland area. You will handle planting, mowing, pruning and general grounds care, while coordinating with Estates to keep outdoor spaces welcoming.
