Engaged Teaching Assistant — Empower Swansea Students

TeacherActive is partnering with secondary schools in Swansea to recruit enthusiastic Teaching Assistants. You will support students in the classroom, fostering engagement and helping pupils make positive progress under the guidance of teaching staff.

Opportunities range from short-term placements to long-term roles, with PAYE pay of £85.50 – £90 per day and a supportive onboarding process. Training and CPD courses are available through the My-Progression channel.
