AM2PM are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives who would like to upskill to:

• LLOP Drivers
• Reach Forklift Drivers
• HLOP Drivers
• VNA Forklift Drivers
• PPT Drivers

For our client based in the Lutterworth area. Our client are a leading international logistics partner, specializing in supply chain solutions for a variety of brands within the fashion and lifestyle sector.

Details of a Warehouse Operative:

• The shifts are 6am-6pm/6pm – 6am rotating (Days and Nights) 4 on 4 off.
• Prior to your MHE Certification your pay rate will be £12.91
• Once Upskilled:Days £15.58, Nights £17.01, Weekend Days £16.47, Weekend Nights £17.92

Requirements of a Warehouse Operative:

• Experience working in a busy warehouse environment
• Ability to work at height for long periods of time – 20m high
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Good communication skills

Duties of a Warehouse Operative:

• Accurately picking items using hand-held scanners using FLT equipment – please note, the racking in the warehouse is 20m high.
• Securely operate FLT (HLOP, PPT) equipment and adhere to strict health and safety rules on site
• Moving palletised goods around the warehouse to the correct locations
• Support with loading and unloading delivery vehicles
• Perform daily safety checks on equipment before usage
• General housekeeping duties to maintain a clean working environment
• All work undergone is physically demanding due to the nature of the environment
