Position: Ad Hoc ReceptionistLocation: SunderlandContract Type: Temporary (flexible ad hoc shifts available to support increased demand during peak periods)Pay Rate: 13.45 per hourStart Date: ASAP – Immediate availability is requiredWorking Pattern: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend cover required.
Flexibility is key, as assignments may range from short one-day placements to longer-term bookings based on business needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Greeting and assisting customers with a warm smile and friendly attitude
- Answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the right team members
- Managing appointments and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
- Providing information about our exciting range of vehicles and services
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a corporate reception environment is an advantage!
- A professional and friendly demeanour
- Strong organisational abilities to keep things running smoothly
- Proficiency in computer systems and basic office software
- A passion for the automotive industry is a definite plus!
