Director, Platform & Text Analytics (ML/GenAI)

Medallia seeks an experienced product leader to serve as Director of Platform Services, focusing on Reporting Data Processing pipelines and Text Analytics within the Data and AI Platform organization. You will own the domain end to end, including data pipelines, the Text Analytics platform, ML models, GenAI experiences, and admin/config surfaces for scale.
