We are currently working on an exciting opportunity for a Vice President-level Leveraged Finance Lawyer to join the legal team of a leading international investment bank.
This is a broad transactional role supporting cross-border leveraged finance transactions across Europe, advising from deal origination through to execution, portfolio management and restructuring. You’ll work closely with front-office teams on a wide range of financing transactions, documentation and strategic legal matters in a fast-paced, international environment.
We’re keen to speak with lawyers who have:
- Strong leveraged finance transaction experience gained in private practice or in-house.
- Experience advising financial institutions, sponsors or other market participants.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- A commercial, solutions-focused approach.
Foreign-qualified lawyers are encouraged to apply, and we’re particularly interested in candidates qualified in England & Wales, New York, Australia, Canada or European jurisdictions.
Additional language skills, particularly French, Spanish, Italian or German, would be highly advantageous but are not essential.
