Remote GI Clinical Development Medical Director

Alfasigma is seeking a remoted based Senior Medical Director, Clinical Development Leader- GI, to provide strategic clinical leadership for GI programs. The role requires oversight from protocol development through regulatory submission and post-approval activities, ensuring patient safety and scientific rigor.

Ideal candidates will have MD with PhD preferred, 10–15 years in clinical development, and substantial experience with IND/NDA/BLA submissions, plus GI industry background.
