Director of Participatory Engagement

The Tron Theatre in Glasgow is seeking a Head of Participation to lead and manage our participatory programme, curating a year-round body of work that engages the community and reflects our ethos of accessibility and inclusivity.

Reporting to the Artistic Director and alongside colleagues from all departments, you will design opportunities for diverse audiences, nurture partnerships, and lead a small team to deliver programmes to the highest standards.
