Charity Shop Manager: Lead Sales & Team (6-Month FTC)

Age UK in Cheltenham is seeking a Shop Manager to run the Cheltenham Store, leading staff and volunteers to deliver excellent customer service and drive store performance.

You will manage day-to-day operations, provide coaching and training, and implement strategies to maximise sales while supporting donors and customers. This is a fixed-term six-month contract with a 35-hour week across a 7-day rota.
