Senior Property & Development Lawyer – Hybrid

Leeds City Council is seeking a Senior Legal Officer to join the Property & Development Section, handling commercial property disposals, acquisitions, landlord and tenant, as well as planning and highways matters.

The successful candidate will develop expertise across these areas with strong drafting and research skills, the ability to prioritise workload and work well within a team. This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary.
