Cloud Customer Success & Growth Manager

Ingram Micro is seeking a Customer Success Account Manager to join the Cloud division in Milton Keynes. You will be the cloud business expert and main contact for vendor offerings, driving retention and account growth across the customer base.

You will develop strategic plans, manage renewals and upsell opportunities, and collaborate with global teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Travel up to 25% may be required.
