Patch Manager: Outdoor Grower & Community Builder

ROOTS Allotments in Worthing is seeking a Patch Manager to run the Patching Meadows site. You will be outdoors most days, guiding new members, teaching growing skills and helping the community enjoy a thriving allotment space.

Two days a week, 16 hours, paid at the real Living Wage (£13.45/hour). You will shift kit by car, tend to plots, and help keep the site welcoming and productive for members and visitors.
