Product Support Engineer – 12h Shifts (Manchester Airport)

Amadeus at Manchester Airport is seeking a Product Support Engineer to recover and resolve functional and technical incidents and requests across hardware, software, and ERP systems, escalating when needed to resolver groups or third parties.

This role operates on a 12-hour shift pattern (4 on / 4 off) and requires you to be located in the Manchester area or willing to relocate; occasional travel to Dublin airport may be requested.
