IT Support Engineer – MacOS, Automation & On-Call

Anthropic is seeking an IT Support Engineer to keep our hybrid London-area offices running smoothly. You’ll triage and resolve issues across hardware, software, networking, and accounts, with a focus on macOS environments and scalable IT operations.

You’ll collaborate with IT Engineering and Security, automate repetitive tasks, and grow into more advanced infrastructure work. Strong scripting, Google Workspace and Slack administration, and a service mindset are essential.
