Head of Data Governance & Board Reporting

ManpowerGroup is seeking a senior governance lead to direct Board and regulatory governance for our Data & Analytics Office (DAO). You will coordinate with the CTO/COO, regional stakeholders, and senior leaders to deliver papers, approvals, and governance insights that shape data strategy.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, management of governance committees, and production of executive-level materials that inform strategic decisions across the organisation.
