Property Claims Specialist — Hybrid & Customer‑Focused

Hiscox UK is recruiting for a claims handler within the In-house UK Property Claims team. You’ll deliver high-quality customer service to policyholders, brokers and external parties while assessing claims and confirming cover.

The role is hybrid with two days a week in the office (Colchester or York) and three days at home. You’ll work with speed, integrity and a focus on continuous improvement in claims handling.
