PI Technical Claims Team Lead – Hybrid

1st Central is seeking a PI Technical Claims Team Leader to oversee a team of PI Technical Claims Negotiators within the Personal Injury unit at Salford Quays, Manchester. The role combines leadership, performance management and continuous improvement in line with company policies and SLAs.

Initially, the first 3 months require full-time in-office training; thereafter the role moves to a hybrid pattern with 4 days at home and 1 day in the office, with flexibility to adjust to business needs.
