Ophthalmic IVT Lead Nurse

BCUHB North Wales is seeking a Retinal Lead Nurse (Band 7) to lead the day-to-day management of the IVT ophthalmology service within our ophthalmology team. The role requires clinical judgement and autonomous decision making with education and audit duties.

You will provide specialist nursing input, supervise staff, and collaborate with the clinical team to develop a high standard of patient care across North Wales. Welsh or English speakers welcome; applications from Welsh speakers encouraged.
