Care & Support Lead for Cancer Centre — York

York Against Cancer is expanding the Leveson Centre and seeks a hands-on Care & Support Manager to lead non-clinical cancer support and nurture volunteers. You will create a warm, safe environment, supervise staff, and collaborate with NHS and community partners to strengthen pathways.

The role emphasises empathy, presence, and leadership in a small team, with a 32-hour week and occasional out-of-hours coverage. The position is based in York (Leveson Centre) with some travel.
