Oncology SACT Homecare Nurse – Independent Prescriber

HealthNet Homecare is seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse with SACT competence to deliver patient-centred care in homecare, clinic and virtual settings across the East Midlands.

You will assess, plan and deliver high-quality care, administer oncology treatments, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and excellent governance in a patient-focused environment.
