Senior Prison Healthcare Nurse: Lead MDT Team

Practice Plus Group is seeking a Senior Primary Care Nurse to join the HMP Wymott healthcare team in Leyland. You will lead a nurse-led service within a multidisciplinary team, conduct general clinics, manage medication rounds, respond to emergencies, and provide patient-centred care across the prison wings.

The role offers 37.5 hours per week across day shifts, onsite parking and gym access, with bespoke induction, competency framework and regional/national career development opportunities.
