Hands-On Cooked Food Production Manager – Lead & Optimize

Vero HR is recruiting for a hands-on Cooked Food Production Manager for a well-established food manufacturer. You will lead the day-to-day operation of a busy cooked production facility, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to high quality standards.

Reporting to the management team, you will manage production staff, plan daily activities, monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement. The role starts early shifts and requires hands-on leadership on the floor.
