Engineering Manager: Lead Maintenance & Reliability

2 Sisters Food Group is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering and maintenance function at the Gunstones bakery site in Dronfield. You will drive engineering excellence, develop a high-performing team and push continuous improvement initiatives to improve asset reliability.

You will work closely with Production and Operations to shape a proactive maintenance culture, manage budgets, and deliver site performance.
