Recruitment Consultant – Manufacturing

The Role

Talent Curve Recruitment is hiring a Recruitment Consultant to run a 360 manufacturing desk – covering mechanical and electrical engineers, quality, maintenance, and design roles across Ireland.

Specialist consultancy, not a generalist agency. Clients range from precision engineering SMEs to multinational manufacturers. Growing fast in 2026 and the desk has real momentum behind it.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Running a full 360 desk – business development, candidate sourcing, and placements




• Building relationships with manufacturing clients across Ireland




• Placing engineers, quality, and maintenance professionals at all levels




• Growing your client base through proactive outreach and networking

What We’re Offering

• £30,000 – £50,000+ OTE in Year 1 – uncapped commission, no ceiling on earnings




• Short Fridays – Monday to Thursday finish at 4:30, Friday at 3:30




• 35 days holiday
