Work & Skills Coach – East Midlands (Travel Required)

Metropolitan Thames Valley is seeking a Work and Skills Specialist to support residents across the East Midlands in accessing employment, training and skills opportunities. You will deliver one-to-one support, run employability workshops and manage a caseload while building lasting partnerships with employers and local organisations.

The role requires travel across the East Midlands and a proactive approach to helping residents progress into work and training.
