Warranty Administrator – Leeds
Ford and Slater are one of the UK’s largest DAF Truck dealers group with 16 locations from Norwich to Birtley in the North East, employing over 900 staff whilst remaining a family run business. We currently have an exciting position as a Warranty Administrator in our newly refurbished DAF Dealership in Leeds.

Who are we looking for as a Warranty Administrator
- You will have previous experience working within the commercial vehicle, motor trade or an associated sector in a similar role.
- Previous Warranty Administrator experience.
- A customer focused individual with excellent communication skills.
- The ability to analyse and collate data.
- PC Literate.
- Full UK driving licence.
You will play a key role in ensuring all warranty and service administration tasks are handled efficiently and accurately. Inputting warranty and R&M claim details from job cards. Create R&M warranty invoices. Identify which parts are for return and disposal. Investigate any rejected claims. Process Warranty/ R&M credit payments for work claimed.
Working: 45 hours, Monday to Friday
