Service Manager, 3-Site Children’s Homes Startup

Children’s Social Work Matters is recruiting a Service Manager to lead three new children’s residential homes in Barnsley from inception through registration and opening, then ongoing operation. You will oversee staffing, budgets, and performance systems, building strong partnerships with external agencies and stakeholders.

In this role you’ll provide senior leadership across the portfolio, including recruitment of Registered Managers, and sit on the Out of Hours Senior Management Rota.
