Citizen Experience Officer — Omni-Channel Support

London Borough of Camden is seeking a Customer Relationship Officer for Contact Camden, based at 5 Pancras Square. You will join a front-line team handling a high volume of citizen contacts, delivering excellent service across multiple channels and ensuring a positive experience for residents.

The role requires strong customer service, teamwork, and flexibility to work across channels; it is permanent, full-time, 36 hours per week with a Monday–Friday pattern and an 8am–6pm window as needed.
