MEP Project Lead – Building Services Manager (12m Contract)

Randstad CPE is recruiting a Building Services Manager to be based in Richmond, North Yorkshire. The role offers a competitive pay rate of £500 per day PAYE, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 07:30 – 16:30, on a long-term 12-month contract.

You will analyse tender documentation and surveys to identify MEP risks, lead bid strategy with design teams, and coordinate MEP design, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning across the project lifecycle.
