Strategic Procurement Buyer — Food Manufacturing

Birds Bakery in Derby is seeking an experienced Buyer to join the Procurement team in Derby. This full-time role focuses on sourcing ingredients, packaging and materials, building supplier relationships and delivering value.

You will manage purchase orders, monitor stock, drive cost savings and collaborate with Operations, Technical and Finance to ensure continuity of supply in a busy bakery environment.
