Hospitality Operations Assistant — Maternity Cover

The Yarrow Hotel is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Operations Manager to cover maternity leave until August 2027. You will support the Operations Manager with administrative tasks, invoicing, ordering, and help oversee daily hotel operations to ensure high standards of guest service.

You will lead by example, manage guest feedback, assist with staff development and training, and help maintain health and safety procedures.
