Relief Chef Manager – Fresh Menus, On-Call Leader

Thomas Franks is seeking a Relief Chef Manager to support our South M25 region and surrounding areas. You will lead in fast-paced kitchens, create fresh seasonal menus, and ensure brand standards across locations.

The role covers holidays, sickness, mobilisations and opportunities to showcase your culinary leadership. You should have Head Chef/Chef Manager experience in contract catering and hold City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or equivalent, plus Level 3 Food Hygiene.
