Senior Account Director – Strategic Campaigns & Growth

Dept is seeking an Account Director in London or Manchester on a hybrid basis. You will own senior client relationships, deliver large-scale campaigns for top ecommerce clients, and lead cross-functional teams of designers, copywriters and account managers. German language skills are a bonus as you focus on UK and German markets.

You will balance strategic direction with operational delivery, drive GB/DE client success, and manage finance and resource planning to ensure profitable outcomes.
