Senior Technical PM – Call Centre Migration (Remote)

Synnovate is seeking a Technical Project Manager for a 6-month contract to lead a complex Call Centre/Contact Centre migration. The role is remote, with an Outside IR35 status, and requires senior delivery expertise across traditional infrastructure and legacy platforms.

You will drive requirements, vendor evaluation, and the transition to vendor-led migration. The role demands a proactive, autonomous leader who can manage risk, RAID, budgets, and governance while engaging with technical SMEs
