Full Time | Monday-Friday- 8:30am-5:00pm | Saturday-9am-2pm (1 in 3)
Salary – £26,000-£28,000 – OTE – £35,000-£40,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estate Agent to join a fast-paced, independent property business at an exciting stage of its growth.
We’re looking for a confident and motivated property professional with sales experience within either residential sales or lettings, excellent communication skills and a strong sales mindset.
You’ll benefit from a warm desk with existing opportunities, allowing you to hit the ground running, alongside genuine opportunities for career progression as the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and progressing property sales from instruction through to completion
- Conducting property viewings and providing expert advice to prospective buyers
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Negotiating offers to achieve the best possible results
- Following up warm leads and maximising sales opportunities
- Providing regular feedback and updates to clients
- Assisting with valuations and generating new business
- Maintaining a strong pipeline of potential buyers and sellers
- Working towards and exceeding individual and branch targets
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Supporting the wider team and contributing to the continued growth of the business
The Essentials
- Previous property sales experience within either sales or lettings
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a proven sales focus
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Confident, proactive and motivated
- Full UK driving licence
