Experienced Chef £16.00 Per Hour  Brandon 08:00am – 16:00pm  5 Days Per Week (Rota Basis – Including weekends and bank holidays) Temporary – 3 Month Assignment  Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and cooking café-style comfort food
• Managing kitchen orders and tickets during busy service periods
• Food preparation and stock management
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Opening and closing the kitchen
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen

Requirements:

• Previous chef experience in a busy café, restaurant, or similar environment
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Strong organisational skills
• Food Safety Certificate (essential)
• Availability for weekends and bank holidays
