Job Description:
Find. is seeking a Head of Quality & Compliance to own quality across three established training providers in technical and vocational sectors.
This is a hands-on role working with senior leadership to shape quality strategy, strengthen delivery and keep the group consistently Ofsted-ready. You will lead the group-wide quality program, drive SAR and QIP, develop trainers, and ensure compliance with apprenticeship funding rules.
