Seasonal Shop Manager – Lead Volunteers & Boost Sales

C2 Recruitment Ltd in Beaconsfield is seeking a Shop Manager for the 2026 Christmas season to run the Beaconsfield shop. This hands-on role involves leading a team of volunteers, delivering excellent customer service, and helping maximise charity income during the busy trading period.

You will manage day-to-day operations, handle stock, merchandising, EPOS and cash handling, and build relationships with volunteers and the Regional Manager.
