Brentwood Care Home in Brentwood, Essex, is opening a luxury, purpose-built 80-bed service delivering high-end residential, nursing and dementia care. We are seeking a Commissioning Home Manager to lead the launch, recruit a local team and set up governance and systems from day one.

You will drive occupancy, build referral networks, manage budgets and ensure CQC readiness, while delivering exceptional resident experiences and achieving private fee growth in a premium market.
