Senior Children’s Palliative Care Nurse – Community Team

Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Registered Children’s Nurse Band 6 to join the Children’s Palliative Care team in Manchester. The post offers 37.5 hours per week in a four-day pattern, with on-call duties and a mix of home and hospital based care.

You will work with families, coordinate care, and lead in autonomous practice while developing skills within a supportive, multi-disciplinary team.
