Nurse Unit Manager – Elderly Care Home Leader

Bupa Pebble Mill Care Home in Birmingham is seeking a Clinical Unit Manager to lead the nursing team across a 36-hour week with 8am-8pm shifts at the home.

You will promote residents’ independence, assess wellbeing, deliver clinical guidance, and mentor staff to ensure safe, smooth operations while building strong relationships with residents and families. You will liaise with local partners to raise the home’s profile.
