ghd, a leading British haircare brand, seeks a Lead Project Engineer (Technical Authority) for the Cambridge R&D team on a 9-month FTC. You will oversee technical delivery, coach the team, and ensure consumer-centric product development in a high-uncertainty environment.

You will work with PM/PO and cross-functional teams to define requirements, drive design, and guide manufacturing readiness, including liaising with EMS and HK NPI for mass production. Strong electronics background required.
