CranstounDerbyprovidesa range of services for those affected by drugs and alcohol.As part of theadministrationteam,you will bethe first point of contact,dealingwithpeople who use our servicesin a non-judgmental,openand honest manner,helpingthemtofeel comfortable whenaccessingour service.Working as a team you will alsobe responsible forproviding effective administrativesupporttotheDerby cityservice,includingprescribingadministration.Experience of prescribingisnotrequiredas training will be provided.
You’llneed excellent communication skills to provide a welcoming and informative front of house and telephone service to all our customers.Good written and computing skillsare also needed to beable to work confidently with all Microsoft programs and a case management system.We’relooking fora team playerwho’sorganised and efficient to ensure the day-to-day workload is managed effectivelyandcompleted within agreed deadlines.Theability to transfer your skills from one area of expertise to anotherwould be an advantage.

The serviceoperatescore hours of Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.They also offeradditionalservice hours onWednesday and Thursday evenings until 8pm. There will be a requirement to cover these hours on a rota basis.
